🌿 Nomadic Yoga Women’s Weekend Retreat
Join us for a cozy, nature-filled weekend designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel grounded in your body.
We’ll be staying at a beautiful cabin surrounded by Montana landscape, complete with an outdoor deck for yoga, a hot tub for soaking, and space to unwind, breathe, and just be.

This weekend blends movement, rest, and connection—without feeling rigid or over-scheduled.
Daily yoga on the outdoor deck
A special sunset full moon flow
Optional sunrise yoga for early risers
Guided meditation, breathwork, and nervous system support
Optional group hike with packed lunches
Time to relax, connect, journal, craft, and enjoy the space
This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are—no expectations, no pressure.
There will be room for real conversation, quiet moments, laughter, and connection with other women who are also choosing to slow down and tune in.

Saturday
7:00 AM – Optional Sunrise Yoga
8:00 AM – Breakfast + coffee
10:00 AM – Optional group hike (with packed lunches)
Afternoon – Free time, hot tub, rest, journaling, connection
6:00 PM – Dinner at the cabin
8:00 PM – ✨ Full Moon Sunset Flow

All classes are all-levels and accessible.
🥾 Saturday Adventure (Optional)
After morning yoga and breakfast, we’ll head out for a group hike around 10 AM. Lunches will be provided—just bring your shoes, bear spray, and a sense of adventure.
Please plan to drive yourself to the trailhead or coordinate a ride with another guest, as we will not be shuttling everyone.
🍽 Meals Included
All meals and an array of snacks from Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast are included.
Expect simple, nourishing, build-your-own style meals with plenty of fresh ingredients, protein options, and vegetarian-friendly choices.
🛏 Accommodations
We’ll be sharing a cozy cabin with a few different sleeping options, including shared beds, loft space, limited private options, and a small number of camping spots.
During registration, you’ll select your preferred accommodation and note if you’re attending with a friend.
💸 Pricing (per person)
A $200 deposit (per person) is required to reserve your spot.
TOTAL retreat pricing varies based on accommodation:
Shared Bed (with a friend or paired): $315 per person
Loft (premium shared space): $335 per person
Camping Option: $250 per person
Private Room: $550 per person (limited availability)
After registering, you’ll receive a follow-up email to confirm your accommodation and submit the remaining balance.
Most guests choose to share a bed with a friend—if you’re coming solo, we’re happy to pair you.

We’ll be opening a few yoga sessions on the deck to the community.
