Yin Yoga and Sound Bath collaboration between Nomadic Yoga and HarmoniSounds. This cozy evening class invites you to rest deeply, release tension, and recharge.
✨ What to Expect:
Yin yoga is a gentle, grounding practice where postures are held for several minutes to nourish connective tissues and invite stillness into the body and mind. As you settle into each pose, the healing tones of crystal singing bowls and other instruments will guide you inward—balancing the nervous system and creating space for deep restoration.
🕯️ Expect a soft, candlelit atmosphere, cozy props, and the soothing resonance of live sound—a perfect midweek pause during the busy season.
🧘♀️ No experience needed. Just bring your mat, wear something comfy, and allow yourself to rest. We've got all the props.
