6-Week Skill-Based Strength Series | Co-Ed | Mixed Level

We’re excited to bring a new strength offering to the Sportsball community — led by one of our own.

Kourtny has been part of Sportsball for almost 10 years and brings both athletic experience and professional coaching through Adventure Performance Coaching.

This 6-week progression is designed to build confidence and competence with free weights while keeping the team-based energy we love.

Our goal:
By Week 6, participants will safely and confidently perform the five foundational movement patterns — squat, hinge, push, pull, and overhead press — with improved range of motion and load selection.

Each session includes:
• Dynamic warm-up + mobility
• Skill demo and coaching cues
• Small-group practice
• Structured strength sets
• A fun, scalable team challenge to finish

This is not a bootcamp.
It’s guided, skill-based training in a supportive small-group environment.

• Lifters wanting better form
