Unwind from your day and settle your nervous system with a gentle, feel-good vinyasa flow, at Santosha Yoga & Wellness, a newly opened studio in the Heights. This class blends slow, intentional movement with breath to help you stretch out, soften, and leave feeling grounded and calm.

Expect straight-forward transitions and a relaxed pace designed to support rest and recovery rather than intensity. This is an all-levels class — modifications and options will be offered so you can move in a way that feels good in your body.
