Core & Restore Yoga

Core & Restore is a balanced 60-minute class designed to build deep core strength while honoring the body’s need for rest and ease.

We’ll begin with grounding breathwork to settle the nervous system, move into intentional core work to support strength and stability, and finish with an extended savasana for deep restoration. Expect mindful movement, steady effort, and space to slow down—leaving you feeling both strong and relaxed.

This class is approachable, supportive, and adaptable for different experience levels.
