Happy Hips & Heart is a 6-week yoga series focused on improving mobility, releasing tension, and creating more space in the areas where we commonly hold stress — the hips, chest, shoulders, and upper back.

The hips and heart area are not only physical centers of movement and posture, but also places where stress and emotion can build up over time. Through mindful flow, longer holds, and intentional pacing, we’ll work to release tightness, soften tension, and create space in both the body and the breath.

Each class will support:

  • Hip mobility & stability to improve how you move and feel day to day

  • Opening the chest and shoulders to support posture, breathing, and ease

  • Tension and stress release from daily life, sitting, workouts, and mental load

  • Nervous system support through steady breath and grounded transitions

  • Full-body integration so nothing feels isolated or forced

This series blends strength, mobility, and recovery with moments of stillness, helping you unwind, reset, and feel more at ease in your body — physically and mentally.

All levels welcome. Options and modifications will be offered.
