Through fall, winter & spring, we’ll adapt with the seasons:
🍂 Warm days → standing flows outdoors
❄️ Cold days → hikes, meditation, & breathwork
🏔 Too cold → gathering in a nature-inspired indoor space
Weekdays usually 5:15PM (sometimes 4:15 as the light shifts or even noon). Always announced ahead via WhatsApp/email.
